Why do employee training if you already have a manager Servsafe certified?
Many of our trainers were restaurant managers for over 25 years and we know how busy you are. Taking the time to properly train your employees in food safety is sometimes not an option. However employee training might be one of the most important training classes you do this year. Keeping your foodservice free of a foodborne illness is imperative to the success of your business. Foodborne illness outbreaks cost the industry over 23 billion dollars a year at an average $100,000 per outbreak. Around 5,000 people died a year from unsafe food.
